Inner Grove uses secure third-party systems to manage appointments and health records:
Halaxy is used as a practice management platform for scheduling, client records, and invoicing. If you book an appointment through this website, your information will be securely transferred to Halaxy.
Google Workspace (Gmail) is used for professional email communication when a message is sent through the contact form. Gmail is not otherwise used to communicate sensitive or clinical information.
Squarespace hosts this website and may collect non-identifying website analytics.
Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security measures, and your data is handled in accordance with their policies and Australian privacy standards.
Disclosure to Third Parties
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver services, or where required by law (for example, where there is a legal obligation to disclose information to protect you or others from harm).
