How to Submit a Referral
Thank you for considering Inner Grove Clinical Psychology for your patient’s care. I value working closely with GPs to support the wellbeing of shared patients. My aim is to make the referral process simple, secure, and efficient, to ensure a smooth and timely transition into care.
GPs can submit Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) referrals using one of the following options:
Option 1: Complete the GP Referral Form
Fill out the referral form directly on this page below. Submissions are sent securely to my work email and handled confidentially.
Option 2: Secure Email
Send the referral via secure email to lina@innergroveclinicalpsychology.com.au
After Submitting a Referral
Once the referral has been received, your patient will be contacted directly within 2 business days to arrange an appointment. After the first session, an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you. A MHCP progress letter will be provided after the sixth session, and a summary letter will be sent to you after the tenth session.
