My aim is to make the referral process simple, secure, and efficient, to ensure a smooth and timely transition into care.

GPs can submit Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) referrals using one of the following options:

Option 1: HealthLink (preferred)
HealthLink Secure Messaging Address (EDI): innergcp. Using HealthLink ensures the most secure handling of referrals.

Option 2: Complete the GP Referral Form
Fill out the referral form directly on this page below. Submissions are sent securely to my work email and handled confidentially. While this method is reasonably safe, HealthLink is preferred for maximum security.
